Senior Stores Specialist
Under general supervision, is responsible for the activities of employees engaged in the inventory and cataloguing of items and/or assists in the analysis and control of optimum inventory levels maintained in major storerooms and other areas throughout the District.
Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university majoring in business or public administration, engineering or allied science and two years of experience in cataloging and inventory control with an emphasis on inventory analysis and planning in a computerized environment. Substitution: Additional experience in cataloging or computerized inventory control may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
One year of service with the District as a Stores Specialist. Civil service status as a Stores Specialist.
